Opeth


Opeth es una banda es una banda sueca formada en 1990 por su vocalista y principal compositor Mikael Akerfeldt.
Su sonido se caracteriza por ser un metal progresivo bastante perfecto con influencias del death metal, en la que destaca la calidas de las guitarras clasicas del metal progresivo y la forma de cantar de Akerfeldt, usando a veces voces guturales. 

En algunas de sus canciones tambien se pueden escuchar del jazz, blues y el folk. Una banda muy completa que hace un metal de alta calidad, para los amantes del estructurado metal progresivo y de las voces desgarradoras, este viene siendo una banda perfecta.

Diamond Head



Diamond Head es una banda de Heavy Metal formada en Inglaterra en 1976, se conviertieron una de las bandas mas representativas de la nueva ola de heavy metal britanico (NWOBHM) junto a los dioses de Iron Maiden y Judas Priest. 

Aunque su discografia no es tan extensa como la de otras bandas de la NWOBGM, sus discos son de gran calidad, principalmente su primer album album "Lightning to the nations" que incluye la que es para mi la mejor cancion de la banda "Am I Evil?" y otros clasicos como "The Prince" y "Sucking My Love".

Su sonido es suave pero sin perder el toque heavy de las bandas britanicas, con una voz que puede ser suave y potente dependiendo la cancion, una buena bateria y lo mejor de todo, muy buenas guitarras, que junto a la voz, son lo mejore de Diamond Head.

Actualmente aun estan activo y siguen sacando discos, esta banda es un clasico para todo metalero, de lo mejore del heavy metal.

Death



Death es una banda de death metal formada en Tampa, Florida, Estados unidos en el año de 1983 por su guitarrista, vocalista y principal compositor, el gran Chuck Schuldiner que en ese tiempo tenia apenas 15 años. Al mismo tiempo que Death evolucionaba se formaban otras bandas pioneras del genero como Possessed y Celtic Frost. Death es considerada una de las bandas pioneras del Death Metal y una de las bandas mas influyentes en este genero. 

En 1987 salio a la venta su primer disco "Scream Bloody Gore" que seria el inicio de una gran carrera que llego a si fin el 13 de diciembre de 2001, ese dia Chuck fallecio debido a una neumonia asociada al cancer, esa fue la tragica muerte de uno de los mejores guitarristas que a dado el mundo del metal.

Death se caracteriza por un sonido fuerte, la velocidad y agresividad de Chuck para tocar la guitarra combinada su desgarradora voz y la potente bateria. Esta es una de las mejores bandas de metal que existieron y es una de mis bandas favorita, es un clasico para todo metalero. Esto es Death!
